I received a question recently about bible study resources on the topic of forgiveness. However, I know there are many ways that I've learned about forgiveness, from experiences as a child and throughout my adult life, to formal bible studies, to observing the experiences of people int he world.
How have you learned about forgiveness? What resources (such as a formal bible study) did you use? Have you had any personal experiences that developed your understanding of forgiveness? Let us know in the comments below.

Lewis Smedes, The Art of Forgiveness, is a modest volume that hits the nail on the head on the duty and meaning of forgiveness.
My daughter gave me “The Choice,” by Holocaust survivor Dr. Edith Eger, and also her follow-up book “The Gift,” which gives doable steps to freedom from anger, bitterness, and anxiety. Amazing books by someone who knows the topic personally.
