Double Duty! Engaging Both Virtual and In-Person Congregation Members

Worship Ministries has been hosting a series of roundtables where worship leaders are discussing ideas for engaging church members that are gathering in person, and those still worshipping from home.

For so long, we as leaders have been asking "how" questions about how to go virtual, how to do technology, how to do this and that. Now it's time to ask some of the deeper "why" questions.  

Check out this growing document on Engaging the Virtual Congregation, compiled by worship leaders across the US and Canada. The document dives into some of the "how" and "why" questions and seeks to provide answers. The document is meant to be a resource that offers ideas for practical issues but also starts to ask questions about the long-term sustainability of having both options available for churches.
