It's been 10 days since the Premier of Ontario surprised us with the news that Churches in Ontario can be open with 30% of our full capacity.

While this was indeed great news, it did catch us off guard, but our planning team sprang into action and we began putting in place the things that we needed.

Our first step was to send out a simple survey to our members, asking them when they plan to come back to worship. In our case, 50% of respondents replied that they were ready to come back in the next few weeks. Another 25% would wait until September, and the balance would wait until a vaccine was present or until this virus was gone. Many people took the opportunity to thank us for asking their opinion and shared some of the things they'd expect to be present in the church upon re-opening its doors.

In the spirit of sharing, I'll share our plans here.
