Are you prepared for cardiac emergencies at your church facility? The CRC denominational building installed a few defibrillators a couple years ago and trained some of the staff in the building on its EASY usage. Not long after a guest experienced a cardiac emergency and a trained person was able to use the defibrillator and save a life. Here is an article from Church Safety that will help your church think through whether you should have a defibrillator at your church and how to make sure you are prepared for cardiac emergencies.

The article you link requires a subscription to read it. Could you summarize the conclusions of the article about how to weigh the decision of whether or not a church should purchase an AED?

Thank you.
