I go to a Christian Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, MI and I'm on the search committee for a new pastor. We are looking for ideas or sample evaluation forms to use when we go to hear a pastor preach. I'm wondering if anyone has one they've made up (besides the one from Calvin Seminary). Thank you!
