I recently listened to a radio program on marketing that spent a 1/2 hour investigation the value and use of church signs to reach those passing by. 

While the focus was on what was posted during Covid (e.g., "Jesus cleans the heart. We disinfect the pew."), it's definitely worth a listen. 

It's light and entertaining but contains some really good points as you consider what you are telling people through the valuable outreach tool in almost every church's front yard!

I second your encouragement to have a listen to One Sentence Sermon. There is much to learn here on how NOT to do “church” signs as well as how to do it BETTER.
