Hey there! I just need some guidance regarding on adults in the spectrum in Canada. I need some assistance and help. I am now making the switch to Toronto after 4 years living overseas. During this period of time, I was diagnosed with asperger in my adulthood.
So, I am just wondering about getting any help with circle of friends, resources, guidelines, where I can prepare myself on this matter once a get there. I would really appreciate your help on this one.
God bless,
Amily

Hi Emily, a good place to start is to go to 211ontario.ca, then enter your search term - Asperger - and location - Toronto, and it will give you a long list of suggested resources and organizations.
In the Toronto area, Dori Zener and Associates has some great resources that you might find helpful. I mention them because someone close to me has had excellent experiences with them. They offer individual resources and some groups that might be helpful.
