I have been disabled and mostly house bound for 25 years! I was a type A person before and in some ways, I still am.
The reason for this post, my first by the way, is to let out my frustration with this struggle of survival mentally and physically fighting to stay positive. I am tired!
When you have been sick for a long time, your friends and family slowly withdrawal due to your inability to participate in "normal" things of life! You get more isolated as time and your condition worsens. Your world becomes smaller and smaller till basically it becomes just survival.
I am running out of energy at the moment so I will finish this post in segments. Thx

Ken, you have been a voice of encouragement in this community and I pray, right now, for you to have the strength you need for the day. I know it can't be easy. Blessings to you.
I am sorry but I am too sick to finish right now! Thx for your prayers!
Ken, thank you for sharing. I think there are many of us finding our world is getting smaller and smaller.
I am looking for ways to stay in touch with my church family and how to worship corporately.
How have you managed to do this?
Jenny
I can’t attend church very often, so I stay in touch by keeping up on sermons, programs and talk to fellow members. They bring communion to my house. It helps my wife is a Deacon. How about you Jenny?
