On the third Sunday in November, please join churches throughout the CRCNA as we pray for and support the work of the chaplains among us!

Churches may display the slides and print handouts for their congregations along with the bulletin insert as they participate in Chaplaincy Sunday. There's also a special prayer and liturgy for this special Sunday. All of these resources explain the extraordinary purpose of chaplaincy in the CRCNA and contain information to learn more about Thrive's Chaplaincy ministry.

How can your church support chaplains and their valuable work?

  1. Invite the chaplains in your area to preach, teach, and share about their ministry.
  2. Pray for our chaplains and the people they serve. Pray that organizations and institutions may be open to developing and supporting chaplain programs.
  3. Donate to Thrive to provide the necessary professional training and resources for chaplains.
