"Hide not your talents. They for use were made. What's a sundial in the shade?"- Benjamin Franklin

Whether Benjamin Franklin or the creators of Strength Finders 2.0 recognized the Creator's handiwork, or not, I don't know, but Scriptures are clear that we are each crafted uniquely with 'good works' planned in advance for us to do that will bring us joy. Are the members of your church leadership teams serving in capacities that are a good fit? Do they know what a good fit would be?

Strength Finders 2.0 is part of a not-so-new anymore trend to discover and develop our individual areas of strength, while limiting the energy and hours devoted to 'fixing' shortcomings. Knowing our strengths, and the struggles lurking in their 'shadows', helps to open our eyes to the opportunities where God has uniquely fitted us to join Him in kingdom work. A recipe for John 10:10's 'abundant life' if I've ever seen one!

This resource is a wonderfully supportive and engaging tool to offer as part of a church's commitment to it's servants. Partner it with some spirit-led coaching and/or mentoring and it has the potential to be a blessing with a broad impact both on the individual and those they seek to serve.
