Growing Together: Leader Connect

As we work together scattering seeds of faith, sowing his word, and encouraging others to enjoy God’s harvest, let’s do it together! When we share our successes and struggles, we learn from each other and are able to support each other. In Ecclesiastes 4, we read that “two are better than one, for if either of them falls down one can help the other up.” By sharing our best ideas and leaning on each other for support, we can better grow God’s garden.
New Connections
Coffee Break is encouraging small group leaders to connect online with the launch of its new group: Coffee Break Leader Connect. Found under the groups tab on the Coffee Break Groups Facebook Page, this group is a secure support space for leaders to share stories, and ask questions and gather new ideas. Leaders from across the country and all over the world can post small group activities, icebreakers, and more that work for them. Leaders are free to ask each other questions on how to best motivate and encourage groups to discover their communities, invite their neighbors, and grow together.
The Coffee Break Team
When we plant seeds, we need to water them and care for them as they grow. In addition to being able to connect with other leaders to grow your groups, Coffee Break would also like to introduce you to our team:
Each of our team members are there to help you problem solve beyond Leader Connect! Together we can grow and care for our larger Coffee Break Community.
When we come together we can do great things in our communities. We look forward to the stories and updates offered in this new space. Members interested in joining the new group can send their emails to [email protected] with the subject line: Leader Connect or simply search the Facebook page!
