On March 30, the Synodical Delegates will be joining together for their first pre-synod prayer gathering. This prayer guide, from Philippians 4:4-9, leads us in being honest about our anxiousness for this season in the life of our denomination. 

In this passage, Paul points us in our anxiousness "in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, [to] present your requests to God." And we pray that "the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."  

You are invited to join with the Synodical Delegates in using this prayer guide to pray. Use it individually or in prayer groups. Pray with church staff, council, small groups, and others as we seek God's face to rest in his presence in this time ahead.
