Easy Group Study on The Canons of Dort

The “Canons of Dort” are the 3rd confessional document within our CRCNA’s 3 Forms of Unity.

But sadly, the Canons are often seen as the lone ugly step-sister amongst the two Cinderellas of the Heidelberg Catechism and the Belgic Confession.

This is tragic.

The Canons of Dort are often maligned as a “prickly” or “uncomfortable” document, but the reality is that such claims couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Not too long ago I led a Men’s Bible Study at my church focused on the Canons of Dort, and we all found the experience to be very uplifting and comforting!

Below is a link to the worksheets that we used to guide our reading and discussions. I would encourage everyone in the CRCNA or similar denominations to put the Canons to the test.
