As with any other gifts received by your ministry, it is important to acknowledge and thank supporters who give to your ministry from their donor-advised funds. However, it’s important that your thank you letter isn’t misinterpreted as a receipt.

This resource covers best practices for thanking your donor-advised fund supporters and includes sample language for a thank you letter.
