Coaching for Worship

To highlight one of our newest resources, Worship Ministries will be posting stories of churches and worship leaders who have benefited from the experience of one of our 14 Endorsed Worship Coaches. Worship Coaching is available to all CRC churches, worship pastors, worship leaders, and planners. Worship coach Rod Snaterse (Edmonton, AB) recently had a one-hour video conversation with a worship lay leader who is also the chair person of their worship committee.  After hearing about the worship coaching opportunity, the worship committee chair contacted Rod to find out more about the worship coaching and what a potential workshop might look like for their entire worship ministry.  This initial conversation was an opportunity to share and find out what worship coaching could offer by way of a workshop.  Because worship coaches are a resource to church communities, and, specifically to worship ministries, Rod offered thoughts on what a workshop could look like for their team.  After determining that this is a need, they decided to proceed with plans for a training in late spring. They will be meeting again via video conferencing to plan, at which time the pastor will also be joining to further discuss
