Safe Worship Practices After COVID-19?

Are there any medically conscious members of the CRCNA who can contribute guidelines for church families returning back to their church home for worship?
We are living in an unusual time as we are required to practice self isolation, essential workers are working overtime, churches are live streaming, and many city streets are empty. How do we stay safe from not just COVID-19 but a myriad of other seasonal bugs and germs in mass gatherings?
We greet each other with hugs and handshakes. We pass the bread and wine up and down the aisle, exposed to who knows what. Is there anything we can do to protect the elements and ourselves, especially during the celebration of the Lord's Supper?
