Thank you, Jeff! I'm a CRC pastor who is retiring. Our congregation has only had 2 full-time pastors in our 34+ year history, so we have very little institutional knowledge about the search process. I'm trying to leave the Council with some helpful info for once a Search Committee is in place.

What, please, are the six criteria that are available to use as queries?
