Colin Vander Ploeg

I am a child of my Heavenly Father, a brother of His Son, my King, and a walking companion of His Spirit.

I am on a journey of growing in listening prayer and experiencing the presence of Christ in all things, whether painful or joyful.   

I was born in Sarnia, ON, grew up in Woodstock ON, have lived in Hamilton, Cambridge, Grand Rapids MI, Edmonton AB and Abbotsford, BC and now Fenwick, ON.

I am husband to a wonderful woman of God, Anita, and am father to three gifts from the Lord, adult sons who teach me much.  After graduating from Redeemer University College I worked at a landscaping company and in a car manufacturing plant before being led back to school at Calvin Theological Seminary to train for ministry.

I am serving my third congregation since entering ministry.
