We've learned "Who you say I am" by Hillsong, "Only a Holy God" by CityAlight; and are learning "Is he Worthy" by Andrew Peterson for Advent... love, love this one. The beautiful Biblical lyrics, and story of God's love imaged in this song make some of the tricky vocal lines so worth it
10 years ago in September we had a dedication service for our new building (old one burned down in 2003; we "wandered in the wilderness" for a few years before putting down roots again). I can't figure out how to attach the service here ... some of it irrelevant to you, but perhaps you can glean some good ideas. We did a really great drama to kick off the service... I don't know what it was called or where to find it. I will keep looking if this is something that you think could be helpful. It was fun, and it had a beautiful message.
