Ann Arbor Christian Reformed Church uses Instant Church Directory. It has desktop and mobile device versions. We have used it for a couple of years and are very satisfied with it, although a recent change to logins and passwords may require users to re-register their mobile devices - which sometime produces issues with a handful of users.
We have a printed directory, but last year also starting using an online directory, Instant Church Directory. It runs on smart phones, tablets, and laptop and desktop computers. Many find it very helpful to look up names and faces, make phone calls, or get directions to members houses.
