Thanks for this, Shawn. I was blessed by this post this morning. Too often I find myself "powering through" things right now rather than slowing down to connect to the true power source. Thanks again for sharing! 

Thank you so much for sharing! I really appreciated this line: People who are suffering often need care rather than a logical explanation for their suffering. 

I completely agree. I heard a sermon awhile back from John Dickson where he talked about his dad's sudden death in a plane crash. His wonderings about the "why" of the suffering paled in comparison to the hope he found in knowing that there would be a resolution (in Jesus) to the suffering. 

Hi Ken! Sorry for the delayed response and for the confusion on that point. The MYTH is that you need to be an excellent writer to post. The truth is that we don't want people to worry about their post being perfectly polished or free of any errors. Sorry if the wording caused confusion.
