The attached service was approved by Synod 2016 .  The full version online has multiple choices which were made on your behalf. If you would like the full version you can find it here. It is also available in Korean. The text in green font has been added for this occasion. 

The intent of this service was for a pastor and elders to bring communion to those who cannot attend congregational worship in person. It is provided here for possible use in homes led by a non-ordained “designate” as defined by your church’s council/leadership.

Check out this article for help in having this discussion. Households/small groups that are part of an organized church should not celebrate the sacraments without prior permission from their council/church leadership.
