Have you heard about Generation Spark?

Generation Spark is an intergenerational mentoring program that works to establish peer-to-peer relationships among older and younger generations.

This program has two aims:

  • Focus on spiritual formation (including praying, reading scripture, and discerning the Holy Spirit)
  • Leverage youthful passion to engage and empower the community by creating a sustainable ministry program or partnership with the congregation.

We offer hands-on coaching, practical strategies, and loads and loads of support to help all generations form meaningful relationships that ultimately result in sustained lifelong faith. We’d love to see the grace of Jesus grow in your community as you learn to cross generational boundaries in the spirit of care and discipleship.

And now for the best news: Generation Spark is 100% FREE for any faith community interested in participating in our 2025 cohort.
