Well then, let’s get your unconscious biases out of the way! Unconscious biases are mental shortcuts, which happen quite naturally, and they can stand in the way of both fair process and fruitful results! 

Pastor Church Resources has just published a video to help you with this challenge. Created by Michelle De Bie, former director of Human Resources for the CRC, and Dave Den Haan, a ministry consultant with Pastor Church Resources, it's designed to help people identify, understand, and work through the biases and mental shortcuts that people naturally and unknowingly allow to affect their decisions about others.
