ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) has created two eBooks to help pastors and churches navigate taxes.

  • Ministers' Taxes Made Easy: includes a sample 2019 tax return for an active and a retired minister, along with helpful information on the housing allowance, social security, and business expenses.  
  • Church Reporting Made Easy: covers the basic filings churches must make in early 2020. 

Both of these informative eBooks are based on the full-sized tax guides published annually by Zondervan. ​​
