We have a nice array of visitors to our church, but need advice on how to track them.
Obviously, we want follow-up properly, but are finding it difficult to always find them the next week or month and any record of their last visit.
Any Suggestions? Help please!

Does your church use a church management system? Many of those systems will allow a staff member or volunteer to enter a visitor's contact information, the date the guest first attended, and even develop a workflow to assign follow-up to a staff member or volunteer.
I agree with Bob's suggestion on using a church database to help keep track of everyone's information.
You can also have a sign up sheet or get Welcome Visitor cards if guests would like to give you their contact information. Here's a link to some basic ones you can buy if you would like to go that route: https://www.christianbook.com/welcome-visitor-pew-cards-50/pd/210500?event=ESRCQ
