Join the Serving With Dignity Cohort starting November 2023!

Serving with Dignity is an asset-based approach to service that moves us beyond meeting immediate needs to create lasting change and transformation.

Rooted in true stories, best practices, and biblical principles, Serving with Dignity equips participants to develop a posture of dignified interdependent relationships when working with their community.

When: November 2023 - April 2024 - First and Third Wednesdays

May, June, September, October 2024 – First Wednesdays

Who should attend: For congregations interested in shifting the way they serve. Targeted to those on staff, volunteers, or deacons that are mobilizing the service/outreach/community engagement/justice/mercy of the congregation.

This cohort is designed to be a next step if you have or plan to participate in the Thriving Essentials course (https://www.crcna.org/essentials). It is funded through Thriving Essentials for this coming session.

The participant materials are available in Spanish and English. Facilitation will be in English, but we welcome participants whose first language is Spanish and prefer to use the Spanish materials.
