TLT provides a tool for lay or ordained church leaders’ personal growth or to train others. Missionaries, elders, deacons, Sunday school teachers, youth group leaders, seminary students, etc. have found TLT’s interactive and practical training helpful for themselves and their churches. Come prepared to study the Bible, reflect, discuss, and form practical action plans toward serving the church and community.

TLT is comprised of 6 core manuals in essential pastoral skills for church and community impact. Graduates are certified to train others. The TLT curriculum is in over 40 languages, making it useful for diaspora communities and international settings.  www.tlti.org
