It’s a Canada-wide event that churches can choose to take part in—or not. The goal is simple: to bless our communities by offering free services or items that people can take home. At our end, we’re keeping it low-key with just a free car wash (that’s all I’ve got the energy for!). But funnily enough, while we’re out here washing cars, it reminds me how important it is to check a car’s history before buying a used one. These days, getting a vehicle history report—what some call a REVS check—is pretty much a must.

Totally get where you’re coming from—Teslas are hard to resist, even when practicality points elsewhere! If you do end up chasing that Tesla dream, make sure you do a REVS check (vehicle history report) before buying. It’ll give you peace of mind about the car’s history — especially with used EVs, where battery condition and previous ownership really matter. Better safe than sorry!

Yelling at her husband, “Start the car!” — it instantly took me back to my teenage years. I remember that same rush of excitement when I was looking to buy my first car. Everyone kept telling me, "Make sure you do a vehicle history check!" Apparently, it's a must-do before buying. They called it a REVS check. Honestly, I didn’t even know where to start or which service to trust.
