Henry Hess
I'm a journalist by experience, inclination and training. For the past 11 years, I've worked as Director of Communication for the Christian Reformed Church in North America. Prior to that, I worked as a reporter and editor at The Globe and Mail, Canada's real national newspaper and one of the great papers of the world.
I was born and grew up in Tanzania, East Africa, went to high school in the U.S. and have lived in Canada ever since, so I was multinational even before that became popular. I have a wife, four children (two still at home) and a grandaughter, as well as a dog and two cats. I have a passion for motorcycles that I don't get to exercise as often as I'd like (too much winter for my taste).
I am a member of Faith CRC in Burlington, Ontario, where I've served a couple of terms as an elder.
