The Yearbook church questionnaire is an online form distributed by the CRCNA Yearbook office to all churches each year in the late summer/early fall. One section of the questionnaire relates to Church Membership. The numbers provided in this section provide a snapshot of the CRCNA today and also serve as the basis for ministers' pension contributions. The membership numbers reported by each church will be in effect for pension for the new year starting in January.
