Each year the CRCNA Yearbook office ([email protected]) contacts ministers and commissioned pastors, churches, and classes, asking them to review and verify their information for accuracy and/or submit updates as necessary.
Ministers of the Word and commissioned pastors are invited to log in to their online CRC Pastor Portal account. Click here for more information on the CRC Pastor Portal.
The Yearbook church questionnaire is an online form sent by the CRCNA Yearbook office to all churches each year in the late summer/early fall. The questionnaire gives each church the opportunity to ensure that accurate data is maintained for the CRC member congregations. On the form, churches are able to confirm and/or update the information as currently recorded in the database, including contact information, service times, staff leadership positions, and membership statistics. The membership numbers reported by each church will be in effect for pension for the new year starting in January.
Each fall, the Yearbook office also contacts the stated clerk of each classis. An overview of the current church and classis information is provided to the stated clerks and they are asked to confirm and/or update their classis information.
