Financial Shalom is a CRCNA program designed to improve the financial well-being of all the CRCNA’s pastors. The program provides grants to help pastors meet immediate needs and training, tools, and resources to strengthen the financial education of pastors and churches.

Spring is a good time of year to spend some time evaluating and tidying one’s financial house. Here are some resources that may help you, as a CRCNA pastor, do exactly that:

  1. Grants for CRCNA Pastors: The deadline to apply for our student loan relief and critical financial need grants is extended through April 22nd. The next round of applications after this will not be reviewed until July, so if you qualify for a grant, please apply soon! Learn more and apply here.

  2. Webinar Recording on ‘Get a Financial Health Check-up’: Financial Shalom recently hosted a webinar on Get a Financial Health Check-up, presented by LSS Financial Counseling. A recording, slides, and recap can be found for your benefit here

  3. Free Financial Counseling: If you are an ordained CRCNA pastor or seminarian, you can receive up to six free(!), confidential sessions with LSS Financial Counseling. With special expertise in empowering faith leaders, LSS can help you clarify your financial situation and determine your best next steps. It’s a seriously good benefit (here).

  4. Workwell App: Workwell, an app created for and free of charge to clergy, offers a personalized way to boost your wellbeing and measure your progress. You can learn more here or download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  5. COVID-19 Church Engagement Fund: Does your church need help recovering from pandemic-related financial setbacks? The CRCNA’s relief fund is still accepting applications (here).

Feel free to share these resources with your colleagues in ministry. And contact us via [email protected] anytime you’d like to talk about what Financial Shalom can offer you!

Amazing roundup about your financial state. I would also recommend you to try out something more to boost all your financial position. In addition to grants, individuals facing financial challenges, especially when far from home, can explore the assistance provided by the borrowing money app. These applications offer a convenient and accessible solution for managing financial states remotely. Payday loan apps often provide users with the flexibility to access funds, receive financial assistance, and set up personalized repayment plans, all from the convenience of their mobile devices.
