Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2

It is very important where we look. Lot's wife looked back to Sodom and became a pillar of salt. David looked on Bathsheba as she was bathing and that look brought him more grief than can be told. Looking at pornography brings grief sooner or later.

The time is coming when "Every eye will see him, even those who pierced him." (Revelation 1:7) 

At that time, "We shall be like him for we shall see him as he is." (I John 3:2)

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in his wonderful face
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of his glory and grace.
