I enjoy the "Tribe of Mentors" podcast series by Tim Ferriss. He typically asks interviewees to name their favorite books, which has helped me stumble upon some good reads.

A couple books on my list: What I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami. This book was recommended on a podcast I recently started listening to. Also, The Worst Journey in the World by Apsley Cherry-Garrard. It was featured in a magazine I was reading and when National Geographic refers to it as the greatest adventure book of all time, it gets my attention.

I always love requesting and singing Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing. My younger self probably would request The Trees of the Field.

I would always request The Trees of the Field when my church growing up would have the congregation choose. It was my favorite part of attending night church.
